Description
The GalD Assay Calibrator Reagents provide the standard curve materials and lectin detection reagent (R1) needed to quantify Gd-IgA1 concentrations when running the GalD Assay. The standard is used to generate a 7-point serial dilution curve (measurement range 17.5–280 ng/mL) fit with a four-parameter logistic model; QC 1-3 serve as run controls to confirm plate validity.
